Job Summary

The Company Nurse shall be responsible for providing medical support, health awareness and first aid medical solutions to the employees of Gear Inc Philippines.

Responsibility

• Administer first aid for illness and injuries to employees
• Provide simple health consultation services for employee health conditions
• Identify health and illness risk and develop plan of care for patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, monitoring for side effects.
• Manage and promote health awareness programs.
• Maintains accurate records of employee health information and histories of injuries, illness, maintenance and other health related information
• Validate employee medical certificates and fit to work documents as needed.
• Ensure coordination and participation in emergency response procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Philippines Health Regulations
• Ensure that health information within Gear Inc Philippines is updated.
• Mange medical supplies and maintenance of medical equipment.

Requirements

• Valid PRC License
• At least 1 year experience as a company nurse
• Background in occupational health, hospital, or equivalent for at least one 6 months to 1 year
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
• Available to start immediately and work in Alabang
• Must be amenable to work in any shift including weekends and holidays
• BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety & Health) Certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php31,000.00 per month
